My purpose is to help people become better, to build beautiful things, and to put more than 25 years of knowledge and experience at your service — whether you're an SME, a corporate, a startup, or a self-employed professional.
I support founders, CEOs and SMEs on the path to sustainable growth — with clear strategy, healthy finances, and people at the center.
Executive MBA from IE and a degree in Economics and Business Administration. I started my career as a TV producer, making History and Culture documentaries around the world alongside Fernando Jiménez del Oso.
Then I went back to my roots: I was an Auditor at Deloitte, worked in Finance at Amadeus, and landed at Telefónica, where I spent 20 years across different countries in Finance and Business Development roles. Along the way I co-founded my first startup, Clipyoo, in 2011 — and I've been a mentor and directed Esden Business School's accelerator ever since.
I teach on MBA programmes and I'm passionate about the mix of entrepreneurship and education: two of the levers that can change the world. In my corporate years I led network rollout operations, M&A, project finance and transformation — experiences that shaped me from the inside.
But I've also lived it from the street. I know the hardship of being a founder and a business owner. I know what it's like to watch an SME go under, and I understand the blocks that show up when a company grows too fast or stalls. I know the pressure well — from the corporate world and from "the street".
I help you develop, build teams, and manage that pressure. Building is harder than destroying, but far more rewarding. And all of it with a human approach — because we're people. Technology is a tool; then there's us, with the emotion that changes everything.
Book a session →Overwhelmed. Dying of success.
You've been growing for a while, but you feel like the business is growing you, not the other way around.
You struggle to prioritize.
You know the what, but the how — with whom, in what order, with what resources — keeps slipping away.
Money keeps disappearing.
Cash is always tight. You show a profit on paper, but you never know where the money actually is.
You don't know how to ask for funding.
You need to raise capital — public or private — and don't know where to start or how to present yourself.
Processes overwhelm you.
Your team is fine, but without process or structure to scale, it's chaos.
You're stuck.
Competition, technology, flat sales, the pressure of it all... you've hit a wall and don't know what to do.
The plan gets executed or it's worthless. That's why I don't hand over reports nobody reads — I stay involved from diagnosis until the results are real.
Before proposing anything, I understand. Your business, your team, your finances, your story. What works and what doesn't — even when it's hard to see.
An actionable 90-day plan. Three real priorities, not ten goals nobody can execute at once.
I stay until it's done. I don't disappear after the presentation. I review, adjust, unblock.
A trusted sounding board outside the org chart — to think out loud, prioritize with a clear head, and execute without office politics.
Part-time financial leadership: cash management, management control, cost accounting and dashboards — without the cost of a full-time CFO.
Public and private capital, project finance and corporate transactions. Real experience from €50,000 to €36 billion.
For companies that have grown too fast or hit a wall: streamlining processes, simplifying, and professionalizing without losing their soul.
Business model, funding, go-to-market and investor pitch — from someone who's lived it as a founder too.
Strategy, finance for non-financials, leadership and emotional intelligence — tailored programmes for management teams.
50+ projects mentored and 30+ talks and speaking engagements. From South Summit and 4YFN to business gatherings and MBA classrooms — I share what I've learned in the corporate world and on the street with anyone who wants to listen.
That I'm invested in the results, not the deliverables. There's no junior team doing the work while a senior signs off on the slides. I do the work, directly with you.
Mainly SMEs with €1-50M in revenue going through transformation or growth, and startups at intermediate stages that need to structure their financial model or prepare a funding round. I also work with executives at larger companies who need external strategic guidance.
It depends on scope. An initial quick scan takes 2 to 4 weeks. A strategic advisory engagement usually runs 3 to 6 months. Fractional CFO work is monthly and ongoing for as long as it makes sense.
With a free 45-minute initial assessment. You tell me where you stand, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and how. No commitment.
